Talkiatry inks deal with Magellan Behavioral Health

Talkiatry will provide telepsychiatry to Magellan Health members in California.

Magellan Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Centene, manages behavioral health services for health plans, employers and other administrators. 

Talkiatry, a mental telehealth provider, employs over 300 psychiatrists. In June, the company scored a $130 million funding round. 

In April, the company struck a deal with Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, the largest health system in the U.S., enabling providers to refer patients to Talkiatry through its EMR.
