Summit has branded its outpatient line as Everest Outpatient Services, the company said in a July 1 news release. Everest Outpatient Services will offer various levels of services, including intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs.
These offerings can be a part of step up or step down from inpatient and residential treatment, according to the release. The outpatient programs will be integrated into most Summit clinics over the next six months.
Summit Behavioral Healthcare operates 37 clinics offering inpatient substance use disorder treatment and psychiatric services in 20 states.
