Grand Junction, Colo.-based Mind Springs Health will now operate as Health Solutions West, according to an April 7 news release.

Jason Chippeaux, CEO of Health Solutions, will serve as CEO of Health Solutions West, according to the news release.

Health Solutions did not provide information as to plans for the closed inpatient facility, the Daily Sentinel reported.
