Prosperity entered a new phase of growth in 2022 with investment from private equity firm NewSpring Capital. The investment was to help expand services and achieve sustainable, long-term growth.
Prosperity doubled in size in 2019 when it acquired Vertex Healthcare Services, according to the news release.
