Private equity-backed group acquires 3 Texas addiction clinics

Birmingham, Ala.-based Bradford Health Services has acquired three Texas-based substance use disorder treatment clinics. 

The company acquired The Last Resort Recovery Center in Smithville, Crestone Wellness in Taylor and The Chapter House in Richardson, according to a July 2 news release. 

Bradford Health Services operates substance use disorder treatment clinics in five states. In 2024, the company acquired Jacksonville, Fla.-based Lakeview Health. 

Lee Equity, a private equity firm, acquired Bradford Health Services in 2022.
