Orlando provider acquires Atlanta medical practice

Orlando, Fla.-based 26Health, a provider of primary and mental health services, has acquired Optimal Integrative Care, a medical practice in Atlanta that specializes in infectious disease, internal medicine and primary care. 

The practice will continue operating under the Optimal Integrative Care name following the acquisition, according to a March 13 news release. 

26Health will assume full ownership and operational management of the practice. Patients will continue receiving care without disruption to appointments, medical records or ongoing treatment plans.

The acquisition expands 26Health’s network in the Southeast and increases its infectious disease and primary care portfolio, according to the release.
