Philadelphia-based NeuroFlow will take on Quartet’s current clients, including Independence Blue Cross, according to a Jan. 30 news release.

Earlier in January, Quartet sold its telepsychiatry platform, InnovaTel, to Iris Telehealth.

In a Jan. 30 statement, Quartet said the divestitures will improve “quality and affordability” in mental health.

“When our leadership team began this process, we were laser-focused on finding organizations that aligned closely with our vision and purpose,” the company said. “In NeuroFlow and Iris, we found like-minded leadership teams that believe in doing the right thing – putting patients first and looking to ensure that care for mental illness is accessible and affordable.”

The deal is the second acquisition for NeuroFlow in early 2025. The company acquired a proprietary behavioral health analytics firm from Intermountain Health in January.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place October 20–22 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
