Behavioral health care startup NeuroFlow has acquired Capital Solution Design, parent company of Behavioral Health Lab and BHL Touch, a technology infrastructure provider for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
BHL has partnered with more than 150 public and private healthcare facilities and has been used by the VA for more than 15 years, according to a July 18 news release from NeuroFlow. BHL has also collected more than 1 million assessments in the last year.
Through this acquisition, NeuroFlow will expand into the Washington, D.C., area and form partnerships with the federal government and in the veterans space, the release said.
