According to an Oct. 5 Headway LinkedIn post the company’s 26,000 therapists, psychiatrists and nurse practitioners make it the largest mental health provider group in the country.
New investor Strive Capital led the funding round.
“In 2019, Headway set out to build a new mental health care system that everyone can access,” Headway said in the LinkedIn announcement. “We did this by supporting and enabling the heroes of our mental health crisis – the providers – through technology that makes it easy to take insurance and run a private practice.”
