Mantra Health scores $5M investment

Virtual mental healthcare provider Mantra Health secured $5 million in a Series A investment round led by VMG partners.

Mantra provides mental healthcare for college students, including telepsychiatry and therapy and wellness support, according to a March 27 news release from the provider. It recently launched a dialectical behavioral therapy program, coaching services and partnered with Togetherall to provide peer-to-peer support with clinical moderation. 

Mantra intends to use the funds to further its research and development, according to the release.
