CommonSpirit to add 4 new behavioral sites

Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health is planning to add behavioral healthcare to four new sites in 2024.

According to the system’s first-quarter earnings report for fiscal year 2024, published Nov. 15, this could expand to eight new sites by 2028. The behavioral health expansion is part of CommonSpirt’s efforts to expand its ambulatory care offerings. 

The system reported an adjusted operating loss of $291 million in the first quarter.
