Claymont, Del.-based Cerebral has acquired New York City-based Resilience Lab.
The combined organization — which will operate under the Cerebral brand — aims to establish a comprehensive mental health delivery system, serving as a single point of contact for medication management and therapy providers, according to an Aug. 5 news release from Cerebral.
This acquisition combines Cerebral’s clinical breadth and Resilience Lab’s personalized care model, known as the Resilience Methodology, Cerebral CEO Brian Reinken said in the release. The platform is designed to enable prescribers and therapists to make collaborative care decisions and share treatment plans, ensuring the appropriate level of care.
Cerebral also plans to invest in scaling Resilience Lab’s methodology, including training, certification and development infrastructure.
