Brentwood, Tenn.-based BrentCare Behavioral Health Holdings acquired Modern Recovery Network, expanding its adolescent behavioral health services nationwide.
Modern Recovery Network operates clinical subsidiaries, including Modern Recovery Services and Avery’s House, according to a Sept. 25 news release. The acquisition allows BrentCare to offer residential, outpatient and virtual care across all 50 states.
The deal includes integration of telehealth programming with operation infrastructure, with plans to expand services in Arizona, Idaho and other underserved areas.
“We are thrilled to welcome MRN into the BrentCare family,” Buddy Turner, CEO of BrentCare said. “Their commitment to clinical excellence and innovative programming complements our own, and together we will be better positioned to address the critical shortage of adolescent behavioral health services nationwide.”
