Lotus Consulting was founded by Ilona Phillips, a licensed mental health social worker who practiced at the University of Michigan Psychology and Counseling Services for more than 10 years, according to a Nov. 30 news release from ARC Health.
ARC Health was founded in 2021 and has practices in Connecticut, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
