Independence, Ohio-based Arc Health Partners has acquired Clarity Counseling Center, an outpatient mental health practice based in Wilmington, N.C.

Founded in 2015, Clarity Counseling Center provides in-person and telehealth services for adults, teens, children and couples, according to a Nov. 18 news release. The practice specializes in relationship counseling, and is known for its clinical outcomes and community engagement.

The acquisition expands ARC Health’s presence in North Carolina and complements its existing partners in the Raleigh-Durham area, the company said.

With the addition of Clarity, Arc Health now comprises 23 partner practices across 92 locations and includes more than 1,300 clinical providers in 21 states.
