Already Autism Health provides applied behavioral analysis and other services for children with autism. The company, founded in 2019, has more than 20 locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia.
The company acquired Commonwealth ABA Jan. 28, according to a news release. The provider, founded in 2023, has 15 locations across Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana and Virginia.
Already Autism Health also acquired CABS Autism and Behavior Specialists, according to a release shared with Becker’s Jan. 29. Founded in 2008, the company has four locations — two in Georgia and two in Illinois.
The financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Already Autism Health ranked among the 200 fastest-growing in the U.S. in 2024, according to the Inc. 5000, and was the fourth-fastest growing behavioral health company.
