Acadia, Tower Health behavioral health facility acquired for $10.5M

An outpatient building leased by Reading (Pa.) Behavioral Healthcare was purchased by Silas Realty Trust, a healthcare real estate company, for $10.5 million.

The 30,000-square-foot facility in Reading, Pa., is a joint venture between Franklin, Tenn.-based and West Reading, Pa.-based Tower Health, according to a May 22 news release from Silas Realty. 

The building serves as a treatment center for former patients of the adjacent Tower Health inpatient psychiatric facility and other patients that receive care on an outpatient basis, according to the release.
