Ohio provider broadens fentanyl, dual-diagnosis treatment programs

Sidney, Ohio-based KAV Health Group has expanded its substance use treatment, recovery housing and integrated healthcare services across Ohio. 

The organization said it has seen a rise over the past year in clients seeking help for synthetic opioids, polysubstance use and emerging street-drug trends, including fentanyl and xylazine. In response, KAV Health expanded clinical programs, recovery housing and integrated care services, according to a Feb. 11 news release from KAV Health. 

KAV Health’s expanded treatment offerings include care for:

  • Fentanyl use disorder
  • Kratom use disorder
  • Methamphetamine use disorder
  • Cocaine use disorder
  • Xylazine use disorder
  • Alcohol use disorder

The organization said it strengthened medication assisted treatment, dual-diagnosis support and recovery stabilization pathways. 

KAV Health Group provides substance use treatment, mental health services, primary care, recovery housing and medical marijuana consultation services throughout the state.
