The Labor Department found that the organization was not paying minimum wage or overtime, even when employees worked between 41 and 63 hours a week, and in some cases only paid staff members only $400 a month, according to a March 16 release from the department.

Kline Welsh will also have to pay $10,000 in civil money penalties and submit a compliance action plan to the Wage and Hour Division of the Labor Department.
