In or around March 2015, and continuing to January 2016, Mr. Lamartiniere wrote medically unnecessary prescriptions for large amounts of amphetamines, fentanyl, hydrocodone, methadone, oxycodone and oxymorphone, the department said. He wrote the prescriptions in exchange for cash “fees” of $100 to $300 per visit.
Mr. Lamartiniere accepted no form of health insurance for those visits, the department said. He was ordered to forfeit all property and proceeds obtained as a result of his crimes.
