Vin Baker Recovery, named after the former Milwaukee Bucks player and current assistant coach, will offer counseling and state-approved medical assisted treatment for Milwaukee residents in need of addiction treatment.

Mr. Baker founded the center after his own struggles with substance use, according to the report.

The center will dispense supervised medications like methadone, suboxone and Vivitrol as a form of harm reduction. It will be able to serve up to 800 patients, the report said.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place October 20–22 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
