Gauge Capital invests in behavioral health electronic records company

Private equity firm Gauge Capital has engaged in a strategic investment with Streamline Healthcare Solutions, an electronic health records software developer primarily serving behavioral health providers.

Streamline’s SmartCare platform provides a unified software platform for behavioral health stakeholders to manage and share information, according to a March 10 news release. The company was founded in 2003.

The investment from Gauge Capital will be used to provide growth capital and recapitalize the company.
