Alabama behavioral health provider opens outpatient clinic

Huntsville, Ala.-based WellStone has opened a new outpatient therapy clinic in Madison, Ala.

The clinic serves adults ages 19 and older, offering individual therapy, group therapy and intensive outpatient programs to support substance use and mental health recovery, according to a May 6 news release from the provider.

“Madison consistently ranks among the fastest growing cities in the state,” Wellstone CEO Jeremy Blair said in the release. “We’re excited to offer the same quality mental health services our Madison clients have come to expect from WellStone, but much closer to home.”

WellStone has 12 locations and offers services including psychiatric evaluation, medication management and primary care, as well as detox and residential substance use treatment programs via referral.
