Austin, Texas-based Iris Telehealth has launched an intelligence platform designed to help healthcare organizations manage behavioral health services.
The platform, Iris Insights, integrates clinical, operational and financial data into a single view and connects with EHR, scheduling, referral and billing systems, according to an April 14 news release from the company. It aims to help organizations track performance, identify workflow variation, and uncover billing and revenue gaps.
The company also appointed Donna Robinson as chief growth officer to spearhead the effort. She is responsible for expanding Iris Telehealth’s care delivery and intelligence offerings to health systems and payers.
Ms. Robinson has more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare technology, life sciences and customer engagement, according to the release.
The launch of Iris Insights and the executive appointment reflect the company’s focus on expanding behavioral health capabilities through care delivery and operational intelligence, according to the release.
