Oceans Behavioral Hospital—Lubbock (Texas), part of Plano, Texas-based Oceans Healthcare, has launched a virtual outpatient program aimed at expanding access to behavioral healthcare services across West Texas.

The program offers structured, evidence-based care in a virtual setting, allowing individuals to remain connected to family, work and daily responsibilities while receiving treatment, according to a news release from the organization. It also helps participants build coping skills, strengthen resilience and support long-term recovery.

Oceans Behavioral said the program is designed to reduce barriers to care in the region, including travel and scheduling challenges, while maintaining consistent clinical support.

The virtual outpatient program builds on the hospital’s inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services and allows individuals to transition between levels of care based on their clinical needs. According to the release, a multidisciplinary clinical team delivers care with a focus on safety, quality and long-term recovery.
