Centerstone appoints philanthropy director

Nashville, Tenn.-based Centerstone has named Lindsay Walls as director of philanthropy in Indiana. 

In her new role, Ms. Walls will lead efforts to secure philanthropic support across the state from individuals, businesses and grant funders, according to a Centerstone news release. She will also oversee fundraising initiatives for Centerstone programs in Indiana, including those at Indianapolis-based Adult & Child Health. 

Centerstone is the largest nonprofit provider of mental health and substance use disorder care in the U.S., with more than 10,000 team members working across 350 locations nationwide.

Philanthropy plays a key role in filling funding gaps and expanding behavioral healthcare services.
