Mr. Klemanski has more than 27 years of behavioral health treatment experience and previously served as CEO of Helio Health and The Helio Health Foundation in Syracuse, N.Y., according to a Jan. 5 news release from the organization. He also served as chair of New York Alcohol and Substance Abuse Providers trade association, as well as the New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands representative on the National Council for Mental Wellbeing’s board of directors.
