New York City-based Talkspace saw continued revenue and payer growth in the third quarter of 2025, alongside narrowing its full financial forecast, according to its Oct. 30 earnings report.

- The online therapy platform reported $59.4 million in revenue for the third quarter, a 25% increase year over year, driven primarily by a 42% increase in payer revenue.
- Net income totaled $3.3 million, up from 73% from the third quarter of 2024.
- The organization’s number of completed payer sessions rose 37% year over year to 432,200, while unique active payer members reached 120,600, a 29% increase.
- Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization was $4.97 million, more than double the $2.4 million reported in the third quarter of 2024.
- Consumer revenue declined 23% year over year from $5.99 million in the third quarter of 2024 to $4.61 million in the same period of 2025.
- Talkspace revised its full-year 2025 guidance, narrowing expected revenue to a range of $226 million to $230 million and adjusted EBITDA to a range of $14 million to $16 million.
