Forty-five percent also reported feeling burned out in 2022, up from 41 percent in 2020. Thirty-eight percent of psychologists also reported working more in 2022 than in previous years.
This year psychologists also saw a 79 percent increase in patients with anxiety disorders, a 66 percent increase in depressive disorders and a 64 percent increase in trauma disorders.
