Fire destroys behavioral health provider clinic

A structure fire destroyed a behavioral health provider in Lynnwood, Wash., the Daily Herald reported July 7. 

The Center for Human Services in Lynwood provides intensive mental health support programs and employs more than 50 workers. Much of the work the center does is in the community, Beretta Gomillion, executive director of the center, told the Herald, and the organization will continue as much of this work as possible. 

Shoreline, Wash.-based Center for Human Services provides mental health and substance use disorder treatment services in five locations. 

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, the Herald reported.
