Touchstone Awards are given to companies that create evidence-based design solutions that improve patient and provider experience, according to an Oct. 11 news release from Phillips.
The company’s interactive behavioral health treatment rooms at Children’s Medical Center Dallas’ emergency department use touch screens, lighting, sound, video projection and therapeutic content to better treat patients and improve staff safety, according to the release.
The rooms have also been installed at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital OU Health’s emergency department in Oklahoma City, the release said.
