Vail (Colo.) Health has opened a 28-bed, 48,000-square-foot inpatient psychiatric hospital in Edwards, Colo.
The Precourt Healing Center is the only psychiatric hospital between Denver and Salt Lake City, according to a news release shared with Becker’s May 16. The center welcomed its first patients in May and offers short-term stabilization and therapeutic services for individuals 12 and older.
The inpatient facility is located on the Edwards Community Health Campus, the central site for all of Vail Health’s behavioral services.
