Scottsdale, Ariz.-based behavioral health provider LifeStance Health eked out its first-ever quarterly profit, according to financial results released May 7.

- The company reported a net income of $700,000 in the first quarter of 2025, up from a $21.1 million loss in the first quarter of 2024.
- LifeStance reported revenue of $333 million in the first quarter, up 11% year over year.
- The company recently underwent a leadership change, namingDave Bourdon as CEO in February. Mr. Bourdon previously served as LifeStance’s CFO.
Founded in 2017, LifeStance is one of the largest providers of outpatient behavioral care. The company operates 550 centers and employs more than 7,500 clinicians.
