Memphis, Tenn.-based Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital has named Donald Bearden, PhD, as its first chief of pediatric psychology and behavioral health.
Dr. Bearden was previously a senior neuropsychologist and section director of psychology at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, according to an April 22 news release.
In the new role, Dr. Bearden will lead the expansion of Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital’s behavioral health services with new faculty.
Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital is a 276-bed facility with more than 750 pediatric medical staff members.
