This is BrightView’s second acquisition of 2022; in February, it acquired New Leaf’s outpatient mental health centers in North Carolina.
The deal closed Aug. 8, bringing the company’s treatment locations to 76 in Delaware, Kentucky, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia, according to Behavioral Health Business.
“We’re seeking to be one of the industry-leading outpatient addiction treatment platforms over the next four years,” Dylan Jackson, BrightView’s chief development officer, told the publication. “We’re targeting a trajectory in the 200+ range over the relatively near term, three to five years, and are continuing to build the case and the geography to support that.”
