The program will use trained listeners with a background in healthcare to provide anonymous support without stigma, according to an Aug. 5 press release from HearMe.

The program will initially be made available to 200 Ingenovis travel nurses and, if the pilot is successful, expanded to all 10,000 of the firm’s clinicians.

At the Becker's Fall Behavioral Health Summit, taking place October 20–22 in Chicago, behavioral health leaders and executives will explore strategies for expanding access to care, integrating services, addressing workforce challenges and leveraging innovation to improve outcomes across the behavioral health continuum.
