Summit Behavioral Health to open Indiana facility

Summit Behavioral Health will open a new facility in Fort Wayne, Ind. in early 2025.

According to a Dec. 12 news release, the facility will offer substance use treatment programs, including residential treatment and outpatient programs. 

The facility is Franklin, Tenn.-based Summit’s third in Indiana and its 39th location.
