Behavioral urgent care center opens in Kansas

Luminary Behavioral Health has opened a location in Wichita, Kan.

The center will offer psychiatric and counseling services, including urgent care for psychiatric medication management and intervention, according to a March 11 news release. The program offers medication management for patients experiencing urgent behavioral healthcare needs.

The facility is Luminary’s fifth location across Kansas, Colorado and Texas and will offer evaluations, personalized treatment plans and post-treatment support for adults and children with a variety of mental health conditions.
