New Hampshire behavioral health facility appoints CEO

Justin Looser has been appointed CEO of Hampstead (N.H.) Hospital & Residential Treatment Facility, the Portsmouth Herald reported Jan. 18.

Mr. Looser joins Hampstead Hospital from HCA New Hampshire, where he spent 15 years expanding the health system’s behavioral health services from 21 beds to 68 inpatient beds across locations in Portsmouth, Parkland and Frisbie.

Hempstead Hospital features 72 inpatient beds and 16 residential treatment beds. It offers acute psychiatric and substance disorder services for children, adolescents and young adults, the report said.
