The new facility will be staffed by a variety of mental health professionals and will offer a wide array of mental health services, including crisis intervention, peer support, assisted outpatient treatment and service navigation.
The center also aims to serve as a community training space, according to RVBH president and CEO Wanda Figueroa-Peralta, EdD. Programs offered will include suicide prevention training, trauma-informed care training, nurturing parenting classes and DUI assessment and education.
