Phoenix police responded to a call July 22 reporting the abuse of a patient living with quadriplegia, who the three employees allegedly took out of the hospital and left in a nearby park in his wheelchair, during the hottest month on record in Arizona.
Valleywise Health did not respond to AZ Central’s request for comment.
