New Horizons Behavioral Health expands collaboration with Georgia county

New Horizons Behavioral Health Program has expanded its partnership with Harris County in Georgia to increase its behavioral health services for residents, according to a July 13 report from ABC affiliate WTVM.

This extension includes New Horizons increasing its in-person treatment availability at its Hamilton, Ga., office, which offers mental health, substance abuse disorder and adult developmental services.

New Horizons is also slated to launch a rural co-responder program in Harris County, which will partner law enforcement responding to mental health crisis 911 calls with a licensed mental health professional, the report said.
