Threshold opens residential treatment facility in Pennsylvania

Threshold Rehabilitation Services opened a new residential mental health facility in Wernersville, Pa.

The center will house patients 24 hours a day for long-term mental health treatment and medication management for adults ages 18 to 25, according to an April 6 Facebook post from the Reading, Pa.-based health system. 

Threshold is a nonprofit organization serving individuals with mental, physical and developmental issues with four Pennsylvania locations.
